PARISH PRESS AND DOVETRACTS MERGE — WEBSITE LAUNCHED
The Board of DoveTracts is happy to announce the acquisition of The Parish Press and has formed a new Christian Publications group called “The Parish Press – DoveTracts.” The Parish Press, formerly of Fond du Lac Wisconsin and later Hays Kansas, has published Christian literature, Christian Education materials, devotional booklets and Liturgical resources for over 75 years. DoveTracts, founded in 1998 has been providing books, tracts, and teaching CDs and DVDs for churches and families internationally.
With the formal announcement of the new company, a website has been launched listing not only the various products available, but also offers helpful links to other similar publication companies in an attempt to meet the needs of churches, families and institutions.
The Parish Press will be republishing several offerings of the past including an updated version of “A Lifetime Road to God,” by the Right Reverend Donald J. Parsons sometime Dean of Nashotah House and Sixth Bishop of Quincy.
Speaking on behalf of the Board a representative said, “It is our hope that these materials will have a profound effect on yet another generation of Christians.” The Parish Press is a non-profit corporation.
